The third album “Gorgon'Zola” was released in 2025.
A live album was recorded in 2021 and released with the title “Don't want to die of boredom today”.
The second 10-track album “Lazy people will destroy you” in 2020.
The first 7-track album “Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall” was released in 2017.

The Russian word “raskol” means schism, a break with the conventions of the musical genre to which the group's work refers, as well as with nominative notions of individual and collective being, reason and madness, isolation by society.
The band's name refers to the protagonist Rodion Raskolnikov in Fedor Dostoyevsky's socio-psychological-philosophical novel "Crime and Punishment" (in Russian: "Prestuplenie i nakazanie", 1866).

It's a blend of the dark, floating world of coldwave, the rebellious energy of post-punk and the melodic density of shoegaze.
Raskolnikov's music is as melancholic as it is hypnotic and energetic, with existentialist lyrics.
Raskolnikov is a Franco-Spanish-Swiss post-punk / shoegaze band formed in 2015 in Geneva.

This summer, the Hispanic-French-Swiss post-punk outfit celebrates its tenth anniversary with a new eight-track album, just six months after the release of its third album, “Gorgon'Zola”.
This 8-track album will be available in vinyl (Icy Cold), CD (Manic Depression) and digital platforms.
The cover: Corot's “Orphée, ramenant Eurydice des Enfers” (Orpheus, bringing Eurydice back from the Underworld); a hymn to loss: Orpheus, who after descending into the Underworld, putting Cerberus to sleep and then convincing Hades, loses Eurydice forever, scrupulously misses his life... poetically, to end up scattered on a beach. He's like that, Orpheus; he's a good musician, but he's a jerk!"
“Stockholm” tracks I to V, which appeared on the first three albums, have been mostly re-recorded, reworked and completed by “Stockholm” tracks VI, VII and VIII.
Raskolnikov features Pablo Garrido and Julien Larrochelle on guitar, Jérôme Blum on drums and Pawełski-Szpiechowycz on bass and vocals.
Mixing was done by Daniel Hallhuber (Bleib Modern, Rue Oberkampf...) at Studio Young and Cold in Augsburg, Germany and mastered by Josh Bonati (The Soft Moon, Slowdive...) in Brooklyn, NYC, USA.
