Le groupe de metal canadien Triskelyon, véritable force de la nature, déchaîne « Metalmorphosis », un album exclusivement numérique qui revisite des classiques rock et pop emblématiques en une déferlante de fureur métallique. Disponible dès maintenant sur toutes les plateformes numériques majeures depuis le 21 août 2026 via Moribund Records. Fondé en 2021 par le guitariste et cerveau du groupe, Geoff Waye (Category VI), Triskelyon s'est imposé sur la scène underground avec des singles et albums acclamés tels que « Downfall », « Artificial Insanity », « Shattered Elysium » et « Maelstrom of Chaos ». Avec « Metalmorphosis », le groupe repousse les limites de sa créativité, offrant un album complet de reprises explosives, forgées dans le feu du thrash, du speed, du power et du heavy metal traditionnel. Comme son nom l'indique, « Metalmorphosis » représente la métallisation intégrale de classiques intemporels, chaque morceau renaissant plus lourd, plus rapide, plus sombre et plus explosif. De l'énergie colossale de « Summer of ’69 » de Bryan Adams à la tension palpable de « Everybody Wants to Rule the World » de Tears for Fears, Triskelyon insuffle à chaque chanson des riffs acérés, des rythmes tonitruants, un chant puissant et des solos fulgurants. Les reprises préférées des fans sont également de retour, notamment les versions emblématiques du groupe de « Hungry Like the Wolf », « Major Tom (Coming Home) », « It Doesn’t Really Matter » et « Nobody’s Business ». Puisant son inspiration chez des icônes telles que Tears for Fears, Pat Benatar, Duran Duran, Billy Idol, Men Without Hats, Men at Work, Platinum Blonde, Peter Schilling et Bryan Adams, cet album rend hommage à l'âge d'or du rock et de la pop et témoigne de la créativité débordante de Triskelyon. Chaque morceau conserve les riffs inoubliables qui ont fait la légende de ces chansons, tout en les transformant en véritables armes métalliques.
