Florida's stoner doom ritualists FLORIST have teamed up with Ripple Music for the worldwide LP and CD reissue and distribution of their acclaimed 2025 album "Adrift" this August 21st.
Hailing from the sweltering underbelly of Florida’s underground, FLORIST channels the titanic weight of Black Sabbath, the ritualistic crawl of Sleep and the raw melodic swagger of Mountain, resulting in a dense haze of earthshaking low-end, meditative grooves, and cosmic unease.
Since their inception in 2023, FLORIST has distinguished themselves by balancing on a razor’s edge between chaos and serenity. Their sonic palette is audacious: shimmering synths and hypnotic sitar drones drift over unrelenting, fuzz-soaked guitar work, while trance-inducing percussion anchors the maelstrom. Through relentless DIY touring, festival appearances and a series of opening slots for heavyweights such as Elder and Conan, the foursome has built a formidable reputation.
