With “Don’t Close Your Eyes,” Norwegian progressive metal collective Course Of Fate offer an unexpected turn: a dark, slow-burning ballad that strips the band down to their emotional core. The track is the latest preview of their upcoming studio offering Behind The Eclipse, set for release on January 30th, 2026 via ROAR – A Division of Reigning Phoenix Music.
The band comments: "Behind these eyes, untold stories. Who knows who will leave it all behind? Who knows what made them take shelter within themselves? This is a song to those who slip away from us. People we miss, but often forget."
