Les bolides canadiens de TURBO traversent l'Atlantique pour leur première tournée européenne « Canadian Invasion » (CZ, SK, HU, PL, DE).

Les Canadiens de TURBO, véritables déchaînés du nitro rock, annoncent leur première tournée européenne en octobre prochain. Intitulée « Canadian Invasion Euro Tour », cette tournée verra le quatuor se produire en République tchèque, en Slovaquie, en Hongrie, en Pologne et en Allemagne (dates ci-dessous).

Depuis leur formation, ces musiciens originaires d'Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse) sillonnent les routes de l'Est canadien, des Maritimes au Québec et à l'Ontario, et ont même fait une tournée au Mexique. Ils enchaînent les concerts, des fêtes privées aux concerts en plein air, en passant par les tacos arrosés de tequila, animés par leur passion pour la musique.

Ils ont sorti leur dernier album, « Broke & Ugly », en juillet 2024 et travaillent déjà sur le suivant, prévu pour 2026.

Ce deuxième album studio, « Broke & Ugly », est un instantané brut et énergique du chaos qui règne au sein du groupe. Il mêle riffs agressifs, maîtrise technique et textes inspirés par la fête, les peines de cœur, l'épuisement de la vie en tournée et une introspection sans concession. Parmi les titres phares, on retrouve le puissant et triomphant « Ruthless Forever », l'hymne imbibé de bière « Ignite the Night », le morceau poignant « No Savior » et le titre punk « Scorpio Garbage Fire ». L'album connaît une brève accalmie avec « Nothing to Nowhere » avant de repartir de plus belle avec le titre éponyme sarcastique et le morceau final thrash « Down in Mexico », inspiré par leurs tournées. C'est brut, authentique et indéniablement Turbo.

Alors qu'ils s'apprêtent à partir en tournée européenne, ils sont certains de conquérir le cœur des fans de groupes comme Motörhead, Mötley Crüe, Municipal Waste et Airbourne.
